Saturday classes during term time at Sydenham High School, Senior
Children are encouraged to be 'triple-threat performers' and take classes in Dance, Acting and Singing.
Our Autumn term is our "Technique Term" where we aim to improve our performance skills, finishing with an Open Day where parents can sit and watch our classes. Spring and Summer terms are spent working towards a big end of year show which is performed in the Westwood Theatre.
We also organise public performances and community projects throughout the year. Our children have performed locally at Sydenham Arts Festival, Albany Theatre, Michael Croft Theatre in Dulwich plus at the Arts Theatre, Her Majesty's Theatre in the West End and represented London in the UK Finals 'Make Your Move' competition at the 02 Indigo!
Please note many of our Saturday classes are currently full. Priority booking goes to children who have previously attended, then we fill spaces via the waiting list. Children wear a Gems T Shirt and comfortable clothing to class.
