PRIVATE TUITION
Sometimes your child may need a little more support so we offer one on one sessions in singing, music, dance and acting. Private tuition is a great way for students to work at their own pace and receive specialised tuition, working on the needs of the individual. This could be towards a LAMDA exam, an audition or simply to help improve communication and speech skills. We have had several successful applicants win their drama school scholarships! Lessons can be taken online or in person to allow flexibility.

PRIVATE SPEECH SESSIONS
We are now offering bespoke 1:1 sessions focusing on specific coaching for speech related problems.
Elana has been teaching with Gems for over nine years as a Drama and Singing teacher and Holiday Club leader. She’s a theatre actor, having worked on the West End and National Tours including Miss Saigon, 39 Steps and Witness for the Prosecution. Elana works with individuals who have low to moderate phonological disorders and articulation errors. CELTA certified, she has also taught English as a Foreign Language for over ten years, with a particular interest in pronunciation.
Training: Central School of Speech & Drama (BA Hons. Acting); MGH IHP (Speech Language Pathology); Waikato University, NZ (CELTA).
“Having worked alongside speech and language therapists at schools across South East London, I have seen first-hand how brief the contact time with a speech therapist can be. Your child may need a little extra support with their speech/articulation to improve confidence and communication skills, whether they have started seeing a therapist or not. Sessions are interactive, fun and engaging with easy-to-replicate activities to practice at home. "
